Now you can go edit the link or even remove it by clicking on ‘Remove Link’. When you do this, the dropdown will show again with your url. Even though you are editing the link, you still need to select ‘Add Link’. Then go back to the menu bar and click on ‘Edit’.
To edit a link, maybe you want to change where it is linked to, you need to select the text again in your Stickies note. The drop down will disappear and your text will now include your link.
Now you can type in the url, or in my case I would paste the url I copied from Safari. Select it and you will get a drop down for Link Destination. Now you go back to the Stickies app and make sure that the text is still selected in my note. So if I was going to link that text I selected to a tutorial on my site, I’d open Safari and go to that web page and copy the URL.
You do not have to do this, but I find it easier. If you are lining it to an existing web page, what I find easiest is to copy the URL for the web page you want to link to. As an example, if I have test in a Sticky note that says ‘Tutor for Camera’ and I want to make that link to a web page, I first need to type the text and then select it.
